Fizzy Privacy Policy

Fizzy is developed by Ryan Cook under RE Digital Apps. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Fizzy Android app.

Information collected

The current version of Fizzy does not collect or transmit personal information to RE Digital Apps. It does not include advertising, analytics or third-party crash-reporting services.

Fizzy does not request access to your camera, microphone or location.

Device information and settings

Fizzy uses your device’s motion sensors to respond to tilting during the drink simulation. These readings are used on your device and are not sent to RE Digital Apps.

Any preferences saved by the app remain on your device. You can remove locally stored app data through Android’s app settings by selecting Clear storage or Clear data.

Purchases

In-app purchases are not enabled in the current testing version.

We plan to offer optional purchases through Google Play in a future version. This policy will be updated before those purchases are enabled to explain how purchase information is handled.

Sharing information

The current app does not send personal information to RE Digital Apps, and we do not sell or share personal information obtained through the app.

Google Play may independently process information when you download or update Fizzy, under Google’s own privacy policy.

If you email redigitalapps@gmail.com, we receive your email address and any information you include. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and provide support.

Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the enquiry and meet any applicable legal obligations. You can contact us to request deletion of your correspondence.

Children’s privacy

The current app does not collect personal information from users, including children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Fizzy’s features or data practices change. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated date.
